  • Validate transactional data for accuracy and ensure CCC policies and Best Practices are being followed.
  • Set up and change Data relating to customers such as the bill to/ship to relationships, business unit assignments, currency codes, salesperson codes, pricing category codes and freight terms.
  • Set up and change Data relating to items, such as Raw Materials, Base bottles, Finished Goods, conversions,  Item Cross References, and calculate usage percentages in order to create the Item Bill of Material.
  • Run Cost Simulations and validate the information as well as Freeze Standard Costs.
  • Validate pricing information, including new price origin, obtain appropriate approval on price decreases, and adjust pricing based on resin price changes.
  • Assist plants daily in their transactional processes regarding Order Processing, Crediting, Purchasing, Production and  Inventory issues.
  • Investigate and resolve Invoice discrepancies.
  • Train plant CSR’s as well as others, on various system processes, and/or process changes.
  • Review Customer Contracts and LOI’s for accuracy.
  • Assist in creation, theory and building of basic Business Objects Reports
  • Request and enter pricing for orders on “hold” and release the holds.
  • Respond to Help Desk Tickets as well as plant inquiries.
  • Assist with company acquisitions on-site if requested and as back-up in office


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (internal or external).
  • Minimum of 2 years data entry/data maintenance.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Must be flexible and able to handle detailed variations.
  • Be able to work independently with little direction or supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Appropriate time management skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Must have a customer service orientation.
  • Must be a team player!


Preferred Skills/Attributes

  • Some experience in the manufacturing industry is helpful.
  • Accounting Skills a plus
