    We are currently seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst for the Atlanta Corporate Office.


    The Sr. Compensation Analyst will support and execute the CCC Total Rewards strategy and work directly with the Director, Total Rewards to ensure that compensation and incentive plans are competitive and support CCC’s reward structure.  The Sr. Compensation Analyst will provide professional guidance, coordination, and support in the effective and consistent application of CCC compensation administration policies and practices.  They will also provide complex analysis of data to ensure that compensation plans support CCC’s business objectives.

    • Provides support to HR Managers and Talent Acquisition team with market data pricing, benchmark analysis and other compensation related requests.
    • Leads periodic compensation cycle activities such as annual merit review and incentive programs in collaboration with the Director, Total Rewards and in partnership with HR team.
    • Assists in the development, writing, editing, and modification of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures, to drive efficiency and market competitiveness.
    • Develops and writes job descriptions that capture job content with input from managers.
    • Maintains CCC job description database to ensure that both existing positions and newly created positions are kept up to date and classified correctly.
    • Oversees annual compensation survey submissions to help identify trends in the marketplace and maintain CCC’s competitive positioning.
    • Researches and analyzes emerging compensation practices and trends in CCC’s various geographical locations and makes recommendations to enhance CCC’s Total Rewards strategy.
    • Oversees the administration of CCC’s variable incentive and deferred compensation plans and programs.
    • Provides training and instruction to CCC managers as appropriate in the day-to-day application of CCC compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
    • Serves as a ‘super-user’ of HRIS to effectively run reports, extract data and analyze the impact of compensation decisions on business objectives.
    • Should be focused on providing excellent customer service and support to internal customers including key business partners.
    • Working knowledge of computerized applications and procedures as applied to compensation management.


    • Bachelor’s degree – Business or Human Resources preferred.
    • 3-5 years of progressive experience in compensation plan analysis, design and administration.
    • Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation and incentive compensation programs is required.
    • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex formulas and calculations.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint, as well as HRIS systems and performance management systems.
    • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
    • CCP certification is preferred.
    • Specific experience in acquisitions and in required integration activities is a plus.
    • 5-10% Travel


    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the Sr. Compensation Analyst is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk and sit throughout the work day.  The Sr. Compensation Analyst should be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to view a computer screen for the majority of the work day.
