      • Attention to detail in order to analyze data and think creatively and innovatively while understanding what can realistically be accomplished under set conditions
      • Accomplish projects and goals by using creativity, innovation, and knowledge of the engineering and plastic manufacturing fields
      • Self-driver, able to work proactively with minimal direction at times, able to start and complete projects with limited scope
      • Ability to adapt to demanding and changing conditions or requirements in the middle of an assignment while providing the most beneficial final product
      • Proactive communication style, both written and verbal, to all cross functional groups and individuals within CCC, recognizing that communication is effective only when the sender and the receiver both own the responsibility for delivery of accurate and timely messages
      • Contribute to development of strategies to improve overall mission of CCC Corporate Engineering
      • Direct hands-on performance of tactical activities and strong sense of self-motivation to accomplish CCC strategies
      • Execute CCC strategies and specific activities to positively impact safety culture while employing improvements to reduce risk and safety issues


    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5+ years Project Engineering experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
    • Knowledge of plant apparatus and utility equipment used in the blow molding manufacturing process.
    • Experience in determining how to reduce manufacturing costs and improve overall manufacturing efficiency specifically as it relates to facilities and utility maintenance.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more
    • Passionate about goal setting, goal achievement and bench strength development to grow overall capability
    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities, while keeping past commitments or obtaining concise understanding that past commitments will be affected by new priorities
    • Strong user of Microsoft Office suite, with particular strength in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote
    • Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Project scheduling software
    • Full adoption of CCC’s Guiding Principles, demonstrating said adoption throughout day-to-day activities and decision making
