    • Responsible for managing and delivering the project on time and within budget.
    • Understands and gains agreement on the goals, ownership, stakeholders, scope, risk, budget, benefits, etc. 
    • Ensures the success of the project through approved project management procedures & guidelines by adhering to Project Lifecycle (PLC) methodology.
    • Manages the development of quality project deliverables. 
    • Builds and maintains the project plan (schedule, tasks, and budget); regularly communicates project status to key stakeholders as agreed at the start of the project.
    • Controls scope through the approved change management process. 
    • Identifies and manages project risks and issues.
    • Escalates issues to project sponsors/owners swiftly in order to keep project on track.
    • Obtains approval for the phase deliverables and ensure phase change gate process.
    • Ensures the ongoing responsibility for the project outcome is officially turned over to operations.
    • Brings the project to effective closure by completing all requisite activities.


    • Project follows the approved plan, schedule, budget and quality plan.
    • Project always follows approved PM procedures and guidelines and all approvals are acquired.
    • CCC Guiding Principles are applied where necessary in all aspects of Project Management timeline.
    • Scope is monitored and progress is well documented in a timely manner.
    • Key stakeholders are updated throughout and have a consistent clear understanding of status.
    • Project meetings are scheduled in advance; minutes & action items are clearly documented and communicated.


    • BA/BS degree with major in Business or Computer Science
    • Minimum of 5+ years project management in IT industry
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to correctly prioritize tasks
    • Working on Infrasturcture, Application Development and other key projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience in team building skills
    • Innate ability to develop willing followers and lead others by influence
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and PLC Methodology, Microsoft Project & Project Server
